About Us
Jon Carver has been a native of Florida all of his life and started working construction jobs at the age of 16 as a block tendor for his parent's business, Carver Homes, Inc. By the age of 24, Jon Carver was vice-president of Carver Homes, and by the age of 28, became a certified florida state contractor. His "hands on" experience with concrete, block, framing and flooring makes him an expert on constructing the correct way. Carver construction was the first to build and offer lighted glass block piers.
In May 2011, Jon recieved a U.S. Patent for designing the first universal masonry line strecther tool combining seven masonry tools into one. The "Line-King" tool is used by many contractors today and has helped to improve the efficency and accuracy of laying block for Masons nationwide.
Teamed with family members, Carver Homes and Dave Price Construction customers get three certified, Florida State Contractors for the price of one.
